This role is responsible for managing the operational efficiency of the hammer mill production process and overseeing lucerne storage operations, with a strong focus on operational risk, productivity, and efficiency within an agricultural processing environment.

Requirements / Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Agriculture or Operations Management
3–5 years’ operational management experience
Strong understanding and experience with lucerne as a commodity
Knowledge of risk management within an agricultural environment
Experience managing production efficiency and preventative maintenance
Ability to manage and motivate local teams
Experience working with third-party storage suppliers
Lucerne grading certificate advantageous
