About the Role
Faircape Security Solutions is seeking a Security Risk & Solutions Manager to join our growing security and technology team.
This role is ideal for a technically minded, client-focused professional who understands integrated security environments and can translate risk assessments into practical, compliant, and scalable security solutions. You will work with new and existing clients, conducting risk assessments, designing multi-layered security strategies, preparing proposals, and supporting business growth through the adoption of modern security technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting comprehensive security risk assessments for new and existing clients
- Designing and proposing integrated security solutions (technology, systems, and procedures) aligned to client risk profiles
- Preparing professional proposals, reports, and solution documentation
- Developing and maintaining security policies and procedures aligned to legislation, best practice, and operational requirements
- Supporting new business development, with a focus on modern and emerging security technologies
- Advising clients on technology integration, scalability, and future-proof security planning
- Liaising with Neighbourhood Watches, City Improvement Districts (CIDs), service providers, and relevant stakeholders when required
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships as a trusted security advisor
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant qualification or certification in Electronic Security, Security Technology, Risk Management, or a related field
- Proven, hands-on experience in integrated security solutions, including technology-enabled environments
- Strong understanding of security risk assessments, layered security planning, and compliance
- Ability to design and explain complex security solutions clearly and professionally
- Experience within residential estates, commercial, healthcare, or community-based security environments (advantageous)
