Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Technician in Service Diagnostics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues with equipment and machinery. The Specialist Technician will be responsible for identifying problems, implementing solutions, and ensuring that equipment is functioning at optimal levels.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct diagnostic tests on equipment to identify malfunctions and issues
- Troubleshoot technical problems and develop solutions
- Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document all diagnostic tests, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on repairs and maintenance timelines
- Follow company safety protocols and guidelines while performing diagnostic and repair activities

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Specialist Technician in Service Diagnostics or a similar role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment
- Familiarity with maintenance and repair procedures for a variety of equipment and machinery
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
