Site Manager to manage and run commercial building projects across Johannesburg and PretoriaProjects will include medical facilities, hospitals, and walk-up residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full site management from site establishment to practical completion
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
• Oversee quality control, health & safety compliance, and site administration
• Coordinate with professional teams, clients, and head office
• Daily site planning, progress reporting, and programme control
Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience as a Site Manager on commercial building projects
• Proven experience on medical facilities, hospitals, or similar regulated environments (advantageous)
• Strong background in concrete structures, finishes, and services coordination
• Relevant Construction Management / Building qualification
• Sound understanding of JBCC contracts, site programming, and QA systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel between sites
Package on Offer:
R55 000 – R75 000 per month (Cost to Company)
