We require a Production Supervisor with food manufacturing industry experience.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Grade 12
2. More than 4 years’ experience in food manufacturing
3. FSCC2200 standards experience
4. Knowledge of SAP
5. Attention to detail
6. Computer literate
7. willing to work shifts (day, night and over weekends)

 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily production operations to meet output and delivery targets.
• Supervise staff workflow, quality standards, and safety compliance across the production floor.
• Plan and schedule daily activities to ensure efficient operations and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Identify issues, troubleshoot operational challenges, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor processes, equipment, and productivity to maximise efficiency.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with GMP, quality, and safety regulations.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Conduct daily team briefings and provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance management.
• Track and report on key KPIs, including on-time delivery, order accuracy, and turnaround times.
