Construction Storeman
- Full management of construction site stores
- Receiving, issuing and recording of materials and tools
- Maintaining accurate stock control and inventory records
- Conducting regular stock counts and reconciling variances
- Ensuring proper storage, security and housekeeping of materials
- Liaising with site management, suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and site safety requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) – compulsory
- Trade Certificate or RPL – essential
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Store Clerk / Construction Storeman
- Proven experience working on construction sites
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- A reputable construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Storeman to manage and control site stores on an active construction project in the Durbanville / Phisantekraal area.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience on large or fast-paced construction projects
Knowledge of construction materials, tools and equipment
Start Date: As soon as possible
