RPO Recruitment's client, leading South African contractor is seeking an experienced Site Commercial Manager for a civil/mining project in Limpopo.  This role presents an excellent opportunity for a senior commercial professional to play a key role on a significant infrastructure project with a well-established contractor.

Responsibilities:

• Overall commercial and contract administration on site
• Management of claims, variations, disputes, and compensation events
• Oversight of QS and subcontractor functions
• Cost control, cashflow management, and commercial reporting

Requirements:

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification
• 10–15 years’ experience in the construction industry, specifically within Roads, Earthworks, Civils, and/or Mining projects
• NEC contract experience is essential
• Proven experience using CCS Candy and/or BuildSmart (essential)
• Sound knowledge of measurement standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to produce accurate, reliable, and precise outputs
• Strong capability to interpret and assess complex contractual events and their commercial impact

Salary:  R1,1M – R1,3M CTC per annum
