We are seeking a well-presented candidate to work as a Strata Control Officer at a reputable mine based in Northwest.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

· Grade 12 with numeracy and literacy or equivalent NQF qualification.

· Chamber of Mines Certificate in Strata Control (Metalliferous Mines).

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a Rock Engineering Department in a Hard Rock underground mine.

· Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelors in Geology/ Bachelors in Mining) will be advantageous.

· Gold mining experience will be advantageous.

· Good writing and verbal communication.
