Purpose:
To control and monitor operations of the vaults, maintain a safe environment which will enable efficient control of securitised product and ensure that stock items are secured, under control, and accounted for at all times.
Main Responsibilities (not limited to):
• To ensure that product buffers are managed and vaults are balanced after each shift.
• To ensure that the product is accounted for at all times and the product is secured
• To ensure that the vault layout is done in such a manner to support efficient product flow and to apply the
first-in-first-out stock control principle.
• To comply with all Health and Safety Regulations
• To ensure that that the relevant departments have the required stock at all times
The preferred candidate is likely to have:
• Grade 12 with Math's or Accounting (Essential)
• Certificate/Diploma in Supply chain and Logistics, stock control / Bulk teller training such as commercial
bank Cash Handling or Security Experience Desirable
• 2-3 years warehousing experience or bulk cash handling. Experience in a production environment will be an
added advantage.
