My client, firm of attorneys based in Rivonia is looking for a legal receptionist / administrator with immediate effect.

The ideal candidate will be answer the phones, attend to clients, manage the front office, handle overflow work from attorneys, general administration.

Legal Reception: 2 to 3 years

Ideal candidate for this position must have the following: matric plus minimum 2 years legal admin/reception experience. They must be well presented with excellent communication skills.
