Site Agent – Renewable Energy Projects (Gouda) Civil Contractor

A reputable renewable energy contractor is seeking an experienced Site Agent to manage wind farm, solar farm, and substation projects based in Gouda, Western Cape.

Project Scope

• Solar Farm Projects
• Substations

Minimum Requirements

• NQF Level 5 qualification or National Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in construction
• Proven experience on wind farms, solar farms, and substations (essential)
• Strong understanding of civil works, earthworks, concrete structures, and infrastructure
• Solid knowledge of construction regulations, quality standards, and site management
• Ability to manage subcontractors, programmes, and site resources
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities

• Full site management and coordination of civil works
• Ensure projects are delivered according to programme, quality, and safety requirements
• Manage subcontractors, labour, and plant
• Coordinate with engineers, safety officers, and project managers
• Monitor progress and report on site performance
• Ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements

Location: Gouda, Western Cape - Must be willing to work anywhere
Project-based / Permanent opportunity (depending on project duration)
