Key duties and responsibilities
Minimizing Lead Wastage and facilitating the sale of vehicles:
- Daily management of lead wastage – drawing reports, identifying lead wastage, and liaising with your dealers to revive wasted leads.
- Communicating with customers telephonically, on email and on WhatsApp.
- Managing customer complaints in order to revive deals.
- Finding solutions to meet customer requirements (e.g. Stock).
- Updating lead system with information (e.g. Trade-ins).
- Communicating with dealership management, sale teams and F&Is to revive deals.
- Conducting follow-up through the sales process.
Lead Management functions:
- Taking charge of the lead management for one/ more divisions and building relationships with dealers and divisional management in order to ensure cooperation with regards to managing leads effectively
- Management of the leads systems – CMS and Logimeter for your division/s
- Management of lead processes – Call Manager for your division/s
- Assisting with monitoring of lead management by your division/s and dealerships to ensure leads are being managed effectively and liaising with the dealer and divisional management in this regard
Experience with our lead systems and processes, either at the dealership or divisional level:
- CMS – CMS Cloud, LMS, Reporting Dashboard
- Logimeter - Call Manager
- Super Stock Poral
- Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge and experience
Methodical, detail-oriented and analytical;
Ability to communicate effectively with dealerships, divisional head offices and suppliers.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Carry out all reasonable instructions given to you by any member of management.
