Employer: Tumaini Consulting

Our client is a leading renewable energy provider specialising in commercial and utility-scale solar power solutions, driving sustainable energy adoption across South Africa with innovative project delivery and long-term customer partnerships. They are seeking to hire a strong engineer with solid capabilities of leading renewable energy projects.

Requirements:

· Minimum 10+ years as a project management professional within renewable energy projects

· Minimum 10+ years of team management

· Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, or similar), quality assurance, and HSE standards

· Registered as a PMP or with the SACPCMP

Education: Engineering related qualification

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for leading the execution and delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects (100MW+), driving performance across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, grid compliance to achieve timely, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
