Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and focus on selling new vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in automotive sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. This role is responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and ultimately closing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, such as cold calling, referrals, networking, etc.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and test drives for potential customers
- Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable vehicles
- Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet sales targets and objectives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with a focus on new vehicles
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of current automotive trends, technologies, and market conditions
- Proficient in using sales and CRM software, MS Office applications, and other relevant tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
