JUNIOR RETAIL STORE MANAGER

Worcester

Requirements:

• NQF Level 5 Diploma (Business / Retail / related field)

·        Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail sales with a proven track record in a supervisory capacity.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent MS Office proficiency
• Sound knowledge of POS systems and retail operations

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and customer base
• Translate product and customer insights into engaging in-store experiences
• Execute promotional displays, campaigns and customer communication initiatives
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service
• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving store profitability
• Monitor and control stock levels, including stock counts and reconciliations
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and applicable regulations
• Supervise, motivate and support a high-performing store team
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive and performance-driven team culture
• Assist with the automation and optimisation of digital processes and inventory control systems
• Support the development of consumer-facing content to promote the company’s products and brands
• Contribute to continuous improvement of store systems and operational efficiency
