- Execute promotional displays, campaigns and customer communication initiatives
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving store profitability
- Monitor and control stock levels, including stock counts and reconciliations
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and applicable regulations
- Supervise, motivate and support a high-performing store team
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive and performance-driven team culture
- Assist with the automation and optimisation of digital processes and inventory control systems
- Support the development of consumer-facing content to promote the company’s products and brands
- Contribute to continuous improvement of store systems and operational efficiency

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail sales with a proven track record in a supervisory capacity.
