Building Structures Foreman / Structural Foreman X2 required

An experienced Finishing Foreman is required to oversee high-quality finishes on residential and commercial developments.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all finishing trades (tiling, painting, carpentry, joinery, etc.)
• Quality control and snag management
• Coordinating subcontractors and timelines
• Ensuring premium finishes and attention to detail

Requirements:

• 5+ years finishing foreman experience
• Strong eye for detail and quality
• Experience on residential estates or high-end developments
• Excellent coordination and people-management skills
