Junior Quantity Surveyor OFFICE BASED for Building Contractor
A growing construction company is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their Head Office team in Durbanville Hills.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with cost estimates, BOQs, and valuations
- Subcontractor measurements and payment certificates
- Cost tracking and reporting
- Supporting senior QS and commercial team
- Exposure to multiple residential and commercial projects
- Recently completed BSc / BTech in Quantity Surveying
- 2 to 5 years post-graduate working experience with a building contractor
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel and basic QS software
- Eager to learn and grow within a professional environment
