Candidate Requirements

 Degree/Diploma in HR or a relevant field with a minimum of 3-5 years HR

experience.

Experience working with Recruitment ATS( Applicant Tracking System).
Hands on experience with MS Office.
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the logistics industry.
Basic understanding and experience with BCEA, SDA, COIDA,UIF,LRA and relevant councils.
Experience developing structured interview questionnaires and assessment tools.
Skilled in driving recruitment via social media
