Reporting to the Group Leader, this position requires the services of an individual to do maintenance installations on hydraulic presses, Industrial robots, CNC Machines and Spot welding guns.

Knowledge required:

PLC programming (Siemens S5, S7 & Festo).
Robotics (Kuka & ABB).
AC/DC – Drives and Servo applications and drives experience.
SCADA (Win CC, WinCC Flex) / HMI (Siemens, EBELT, BTxxx, Suetron) programming. SEW Motors.
Profi Bus.
Profi Net.
TIA.
Hanging Spot Guns Step 7.
Root cause analysis.

Candidate Requirements

Skills Required:

Able to read and understand electrical drawings.
Electrical & PLC fault finding.
Ability to read and understand Hydraulic/ Pneumatic drawings.
Able to work on 3 phase 380 V

Minimum Requirements:

2 – 3 years’ experience in Automation and Instrumentation
OR Qualified Millwright or Electrician with applicable experience.
T3/S4 Diploma will be an advantage.
2- 3 years as a technician in the electrical field, especially in automation (hydraulics,
maintenance/robotics/projects).
