✅ Proven experience in corporate, B2B, or group sales
✅ Experience within the insurance or financial services industry is essential
✅ Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
✅ Ability to manage a pipeline and close high-value deals
✅ Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
✅ RE5 and FAIS compliance (MANDATORY)
