Job Title: Service Ambassador
Location: Customer Service Department
Job Summary:
The Service Ambassador will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience. This individual will serve as the face of the company and act as a liaison between customers and other departments within the organization. The Service Ambassador will work to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining a positive attitude and fostering strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and issues through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide product information and assistance to customers
- Communicate effectively with other departments to address customer needs
- Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement to enhance the customer experience
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
