Employer: Unique Personnel

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key support role in our recruitment process while learning the ropes of international talent acquisition. You’ll work closely with senior consultants to ensure smooth candidate management, client communication, and operational efficiency.
This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate & Recruitment Support

Assist senior consultants by sourcing and reviewing resumes/CVs.
Screen candidates for suitability and alignment with international job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Manage and update job postings across various platforms.
Prepare candidate profiles and shortlists for senior consultants.

Administrative & Operational Duties

Maintain organised and up‑to‑date candidate databases.
Manage recruitment-related documentation and reporting.
Assist with planning and coordinating company events, career days, or recruitment fairs.
Support marketing efforts by helping with social media posting and job‑related content (optional but beneficial).
Invoicing & candidate tracking.

Client & Internal Interaction

Communicate professionally with candidates and internal staff.
Support senior staff with client coordination tasks if required.
Ensure a high standard of professionalism in all candidate interactions

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
Education

A relevant degree or diploma (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or similar).

Experience

Minimum 2 years of work experience in recruitment, HR, administration, or a client‑facing environment.
 Experience in B2B sales or recruitment support is highly advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

Fluent in English and Afrikaans (essential).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident, professional, and able to work independently.
Comfortable with MS Office, LinkedIn, and basic digital tools.
A proactive “solutions-driven” mindset.
