About the Role
You will be working remote, leading a team of 8-12 staff based throuhgout South Africa - THIS IS A REMOTE BASED LEADERSHIP ROLE.
You will be joining a company that represents charities across both Australia and New Zealand, where you will responsible for a team to achiieve set daily and weekly KPI's. Your team will be engaging with everyday Australians, inspiring them to commit to regular donations that change lives. Every call has meaning, every “yes” makes a difference.
The roles are a sales-based phone role, not customer service or admin.
We expect focus, resilience, and hunger to hit and exceed KPIs. In return, you’ll join a team that celebrates results, rewards performance, and values personal growth.
Full training and on-going coaching provided. Additional bonuses paid for your team exceeding target expectations.
This is not an entry-level customer-service role.

Candidate Requirements
You Bring
- Minimum of 2 Years leadership experience.
- Proven experience in leading a team of 8-12 people to achieve success
- Drive team to achieve daily and weekly KPIs
- Resilience — you bounce back after every “no” and aim for the next “yes”
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Reliable work ethic and consistency in attendance
- Competent computer skills and ability to learn fast
- Confident in teaching the art closing the deal, whilst being authentic and genuine and comfortable asking for money and overcoming objections.
Must Have’s
· A minimum of 2 years proven sales/Call Centre Leadership or management experience
· Speaking fluent and clear English
· Reliable and working Internet, with back up. Minimum of 120MPS speed
· Working computer or laptop with antivirus software
· Working and reliable electricity and back up when needed
· Be able to work Australian based hours AEST (9am - 5pm Australian Time)
