Join an established logistics team in the Northern Suburbs of the Western Cape as a Dispatch Coordinator!

You will be instrumental in coordinating bulk and local deliveries, ensuring accurate transport documentation, and maintaining timely communication with customers. You will be responsible for preparing vehicle routes and waybills, managing customer queries, supporting warehouse activities including stock counts, picking, and packing, and assisting with collections, returns, and credits.

Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a grade 12 qualification and at least three years of experience in dispatch or logistics. A valid driver’s license is essential, and a forklift license is advantageous. Strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English, along with proficiency in Microsoft office and ERP systems (SAP experience is advantageous), are required. You must be highly organised, able to prioritise tasks effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.
