Candidate Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS  

• Minimum: Matric certificate 
• Advantageous: Certification in Inventory Management or Supply Chain Operations

EXPERIENCE 

• 2–3 years’ experience in stock control, inventory management, or similar role. 
• Experience with stock forecasting, reorder processes, and supplier coordination is preferred. 

 

COMPETENCIES  

Technical Competencies   

• Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., Monday.com, Inflow, Sharepoint) and Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Understanding of GMP standards for pharmaceutical and cosmetic inventory. 
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills with high accuracy. 
• Knowledge of ISO procedures and standards. 
• Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. 

 

• Physical ability to handle goods and maintain clean storage areas.
