Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and plans aligned to business objectives.
Manage brand management, corporate identity, and brand consistency across all company platforms.
Manage company marketing calendars to ensure integrated, cohesive campaign execution across digital, email, social, and offline channels. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities and risks.
Drive end-to-end lead generation campaigns, from concept to execution, delivering measurable ROI.
Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, and marketing automation platforms.
Manage and optimise the company website, ensuring strong UX, SEO best practices, and conversion optimisation.
Oversee website development, updates, and content management via CMS platforms (preferably WordPress).
Develop and manage online content, including website pages, articles, blogs, FAQs, and landing pages, ensuring content is keyword-focused, customer centric, and aligned to brand messaging.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and optimisation of spend.
Deliver monthly marketing reports covering campaign performance, lead generation, ROI across all company platforms (social media, website, SEO, email), and budget variances.
Use data insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and decision-making.
Support the sales team with the development of sales collateral, promotional material, and lead-generation tools.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, departments, branches, and retail partners to support marketing initiatives as and when required
Manage external suppliers, agencies, and service providers.
Lead the selection, onboarding, and annual contract negotiation of external agencies and vendors to ensure cost-efficiency, performance, and SLA compliance.
Oversee the internal creative workflow, acting as a traffic controller to prioritise design and content requests, manage timelines, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous professional growth. Manage and monitor company’s online reputation, including Google reviews and social platforms, ensuring timely responses and alignment with brand standards.
Ensure marketing processes, systems, and tools are effectively implemented and maintained.
Organise and support promotional events and key industry expos as required.
Manage external suppliers, agencies, and service providers.

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications and Experience Required:Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related field (NQF Level 6 or higher).
3–5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive sector. Proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation campaigns.
Specific Knowledge Required:
Strong experience in digital marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
Proven knowledge of automotive marketing, including retail and fleet customer segments.
Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Semrush, marketing automation platforms, and reporting tools.
Website and CMS management experience (WordPress preferred).
Content strategy and copywriting skills, with customer focused messaging.
Budget management and ROI-driven decision-making.
