Organization: Corporate Office Services
Location: Matroosfontein, Cape Town, Western Cape
Position: Maintenance Worker/Driver

Overall Responsibility:

The Maintenance Worker is responsible to perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as repair of doors, locks, handles; replace ceiling and carpet tiles; patching holes in walls; and general paint work. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks in accordance to job cards (work orders) issued, as per Client and Company requirements
• Perform office movement related tasks, including but not limited to, installation of furniture; drywall, ceiling; repair doors, locks, handles; replace ceiling and carpet tiles; general paint work
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve maintenance issues. 
• Able to work flexible hours
• Must be prepared to work on weekends and/or public holidays and/or after hours work if required.
