A well established and reputable company in the Retail Food Industry requires a National Operations Manager:
DUTIES:
- Manage Ops team Nationally – 2 Junior Ops managers and +- 140 staff members
- HR duties: Manage staff Absenteeism, staff not following procedures, customer interactions and conduct Disciplinaries etc.
- Visit sites daily
- Other Adhock duties required from the role
Candidate Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in Retail
- Experience in Hr – Managing Disciplinaries and other Hr related issues
- Meticulous with great attention to detail
- Experience managing staff of around 140 people
- The successful candidate would need to be able to work independently
- Ability to Multitask
- Excellent Time management skills
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
- Have excellent communications skills
