A client of ours is seeking a Product Applications Technologist (New Product Development) to join their team in Maitland.

This role is responsible for product development and applications for fresh and processed products within the meat, baking, and vegan markets, supporting both local and international applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, or Chemistry
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within the Western Cape
• Proven experience in NPD
