Job Title: Internal Sales Manager

Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Manager to oversee our internal sales team and drive revenue growth. The Internal Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the internal sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, a strong understanding of sales processes, and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of internal sales representatives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Provide coaching and mentorship to sales team members to help them achieve their sales goals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on sales strategies and goals
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and market changes
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Participate in recruitment and training of new team members
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
- Experience in the Mining/ Manufacturing sector is a plus
