A leading African hospitality wellness brand with the largest Spa footprint across the Continent, with a collection of City, Safari and Resort Spas across Africa and Middle East, is seeking an in-house Graphic Designer who is not only skilled in design, but also deeply inspired by the world of luxury wellness hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptual Design: Lead the visual evolution of the Amani identity through original, elevated design concepts.

• Multi-Channel Production: Execute high-quality assets for social media, digital platforms, and on-site spa operations.

• High-Level Documentation: Design sophisticated corporate manuals, stakeholder presentations, and brand collateral.

• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Commercial, and Spa teams to ensure creative output drives business objectives.

• Brand Guardianship: Uphold uncompromising standards in typography, layout, and design systems to maintain a premium brand voice.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Experience: 4+ years of professional design experience, ideally within the luxury, hospitality, or wellness sectors.

• Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Canva, and Figma.

• Versatile Portfolio: A proven track record of delivering premium assets across web, social media, high-end presentations (PDF/Keynote), and motion graphics.

• Soft Skills: A curious, enthusiastic storyteller with a meticulous eye for detail.

• Location: Based in Johannesburg.
