Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Handling customer enquiries by email, phone and chat.
- Managing the company social media accounts.
- Managing and exucuting customer orders.
- Helping to keep the website fresh and updated.
- Assisting the online advertising (training provided)
- General office administration
