Our client, a UK-based engineering consultancy with operations in South Africa, is seeking an expert-level Senior MEP Modeller/Draughtsperson to join their team. This is a senior remote work opportunity for a highly skilled professional with expert proficiency in CAD and Revit, and excellent 3D coordination capabilities across all MEPF disciplines.

Work remotely while the company explores office space options in Cape Town

Requirements:

• Minimum 10-15 years of expert MEP modelling and drafting experience
• Expert-level proficiency in all aspects of CAD and Revit
• Minimum 10+ years of MEP modelling and coordination experience
• Proven track record as senior draughtsperson or modeller
• Mastery of 2D documentation and 3D coordination
• Excellent quality 3D coordination skills
• Ability to work independently on complex projects
• Model comprehensive mechanical systems (HVAC, ductwork, pipework, specialist equipment)
• Model advanced electrical systems (HV/LV distribution, cable management, lighting, controls)
• Knowledge of Navisworks, BIM360, Doc control required
• Comfortable working remotely
