Job Summary:
Hyundai Germiston is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager for Used Vehicles to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
5. Oversee the showroom and inventory management to ensure a well-presented and organized sales environment.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales events to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
7. Train and mentor sales staff to provide product knowledge and enhance their sales skills.
8. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff to ensure continuous improvement.
9. Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
10. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry, preferably with a focus on used vehicles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license.
