Locations: Heidelberg, East Rand, West Rand, Pretoria

Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and driven Sales Representatives to join our client’s team across multiple regions. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while consistently achieving sales targets. Experience in the packaging industry will be a strong advantage.

This role requires a motivated self?starter who can build strong customer relationships, service existing accounts, and actively grow new business within the consumables sector.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Management

• Achieve agreed?upon sales targets
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts
• Provide high levels of service to ensure customer satisfaction

Planning & Reporting

• Plan and organise daily work schedules to call on existing or potential new accounts
• Keep management informed by submitting:
  • Daily call reports
  • Weekly work plans
  • Monthly sales analysis
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, and preparing reports

Internal Coordination

• Coordinate activities within the company to ensure customer commitments are met
• Collaborate with internal teams to support order fulfilment and service delivery
