Cash & COD Clerk

Masterparts is a large automotive spares wholesaler and retailer that has been trading for fifty years. We are looking for people passionate about the automotive industry to join our team at our branch in Pietermaritzburg. Visit our website for further information about the company and its products.

The ideal candidate is a well-organised, professional Cash & COD Clerk with attention to detail. The position requires you to work Monday through Friday and every alternate Saturday.

Duties include:

• Receipting of COD’s, EFT’s and Credit/Debit Card payments
• Operating a computerised POS system.
• Receipting of invoices and credit notes
• Following up and ensuring there are no outstanding COD payments.
• Reconciling credits
• Resolving queries with drivers and sales staff
• General Filing duties
• Liaising with Head Office for account admin and maintenance
• Ensuring sales staff and drivers adhere to company protocols
• Relieving General Admin Clerk as required
• Relieving Telephonist/Switchboard as required
• Assisting with ad-hoc duties as required
