Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing sales, staff, inventory, and daily operations
Maintain stock control and perform regular reconciliations
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle complaints effectively
Support promotional campaigns and in-store customer experiences
Contribute to digital processes and content development for company products

Requirements:

NQF 5 Diploma
Minimum 3 years retail experience, including supervisory responsibilities
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
