Position overview:
We are seeking a Relationship/Customer Care Representative to service customers across Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Freestate and Limpopo. This is a remote, field-based role requiring weekly travel within the region, with regular engagement with our Cape Town (Head Office) –based team. The role suits a self-motivated individual who enjoys being on the road, working independently, and building strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for sales, customer service, merchandising, product training, and business development.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
• On-shelf product representation and effective in-store merchandising
• Introduce and establish new products and ranges at customer stores
• Conduct product training and share product knowledge with customers
• Identify and onboard new customers in the region
• Support marketing initiatives and promote new product launches
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
• Maintain accurate sales reporting and administration
Required Skills
- Relationship/Customer Care Representative: 2 to 3 years
- B2B (Business To Business) Contact: 2 to 3 years
- Agriculture, Hardware, Or Wholesale Industries: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
• Matric qualification (required)
• Valid driver’s licence (required)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Relationship/Customer Care Representative
• B2B sales experience in agriculture, hardware, or wholesale industries (advantageous)
Skills & attributes:
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a large territory
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Computer literacy
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
