Our mine, situated in the Limpopo Province about 60 kilometers from Lydenburg and 40 kilometers from Burgersfort, and is a world-class producer of Chrome Ore.

The successful applicant will report to the Miner or nominee.

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 10 / Standard 8 Certificate.

EXPERIENCE (including but not limited to):

Completion of a relevant, approved training programme.
Advantageous: 6 months production exposure in an underground mining environment.
Advantageous: 6 months working knowledge of trackless mining.

DUTIES (including but not limited to):

Be in charge of underground water pumps and maintains proper operation of the pumps.
Ensure pumps are operated effectively.
Minimize abuse of pumps and equipment. Extend pumping column to where required.
Connect pumps. Collect, install and maintain effective pumping.
