This position offers the opportunity to provide HR support and advice by implementing and monitoring HR processes, managing recruitment and selection, facilitating on-boarding and induction processes, and coordinating disciplinary hearings and training / learnerships.

Candidate Requirements

Job Requirements:

§ Relevant diploma or degree in HR

§ 3 years’ generalist HR experience (FMCG / wholesale or retail environment advantageous)

§ Knowledge SA labour legislation

§ Excellent understanding of HR processes and best practices
