Wet Trades Foreman – Residential Developments
Location: Phesantekraal, Paarl, Somerset West & West Coast

Employer: Established Property Developer

An established Property Developer actively delivering multiple residential developments is seeking an experienced Wet Trades Foreman to oversee wet works across projects in Phesantekraal, Paarl, Somerset West and the West Coast

This is a hands-on, site-based role suited to a strong leader with solid residential building experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising all wet trades including brickwork, plastering, screeds and concrete works
• Managing and coordinating wet trade subcontractors and labour teams
• Ensuring quality workmanship in line with drawings and specifications
• Planning daily and weekly work programmes for wet trades
• Monitoring productivity and addressing site issues proactively
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and site procedures
• Reporting progress to Site Managers and Contracts Manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Wet Trades Foreman on residential projects
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and finishes
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s licence
• Trade qualification advantageous but not essential
