Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developments
Location: Phesantekraal, Paarl, Somerset West & West Coast (Vredenburg)

Employer: Established Property Developer

An established and fast-growing Property Developer is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their in-house team.

The developer is actively delivering multiple residential developments across Phesantekraal, Paarl, Somerset West and the West Coast (Vredenburg), offering long-term stability and exposure to large-scale projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full cost management across multiple residential developments
• Preparing and managing budgets, cost plans and cash flows
• Procurement and appointment of contractors and subcontractors
• Contract administration and valuation of works
• Managing variations, final accounts and cost reporting
• Working closely with project managers, consultants and site teams
• Ensuring commercial compliance and cost control across all projects

Requirements:

• BSc / BTech in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong residential development experience (developer or contractor background)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong contractual and commercial acumen
• Strong communication and leadership skills
