FRANCHISE ADMINISTRATOR

Xpresso Café – Head Office

Xpresso Café is looking for a highly organised and proactive Franchise Administrator to support our growing franchise network. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a support link between Head Office and franchisees

• Handle franchise documentation, agreements, and records

• Assist with new franchise on boarding and store openings

• Coordinate communication, training schedules, and compliance requirements

• Track franchise reports, and operational documentation

• Assist management with franchise-related admin and reporting

• Ensure brand standards and processes are consistently followed

• Must have Matric

• Must have a valid driver’s licence 

Requirements:

• Proven administrative experience (franchise or retail environment advantageous)

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

• Attention to detail and problem-solving mind-set
