Our client in the Education sector is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join their team. The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting and enabling the sales team to operate efficiently and effectively.

Minimum requirements:

Matric required
Related tertiary qualification would be beneficial
3+ Years experience in sales operations, sales administration or a similar role
Proven experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Proficiency in MS Office, especially with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Role will be office based, but will require travel to clients for meetings, conferences and training sessions
Must reside in or around Bedfordview

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the sales team, ensuring processes and systems are optimized
Develop, maintain, and analyse sales reports and dashboards
Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting processes to ensure accurate sales projections and resource allocation
Administer and optimize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other sales tools
Monitor sales performance metrics and recommend improvements to drive productivity and revenue growth
Lead and coordinate sales training programs to enhance team capabilities and product knowledge
