Key Responsibilities:

•            Overall site management and supervision of construction activities

•            Ensure works are executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and contract conditions (FIDIC)

•            Coordinate subcontractors, plant, labour, and materials

•            Liaise with the Engineer, client representatives, and stakeholders

•            Manage construction programme and ensure milestones are met

•            Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and environmental requirements

•            Prepare site reports, progress claims, and records

•            Implement traffic accommodation and road safety measures
