A highly respected mining company based in Limpopo is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join their dynamic team

Candidate Requirements

Experience Required:

· At least 7 years’ Human Resource experience within a mining or heavy industry.

· At least 2 years’ experience on a managerial level.

· Strong experience with unions, collective bargaining, and labour relations.

· Exposure to SHEQ, MHSA training requirements, and Mine operational structures.

· Experience in SLP, Employment Equity, and Skills Development compliance.

Requirements:

· National Senior Certificate.

· Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, or related field.

· Postgraduate qualification in HR Management or Labour Law is advantageous.
