Will operate the branch as a standalone business unit with support from HQ and be fully responsible for:

Build and execute the branch growth strategy
Drive aggressive revenue growth and market penetration
Personally manage key client relationships
Own the branch P&L: budgets, forecasts, margins & expenses
Analyse financial statements and sales performance
Recruit, develop and lead an exceptional team
Create a culture of accountability, performance and innovation
