Villiersdorp Co-operative Limited (VILKO), has the abovementioned position avaialable for an Admin Clerk to join their team based in Villiersdorp, Western Cape. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and possesses strong numerical and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Payroll: Responsible for all payroll functions, including issuing contracts, maintaining personnel files, loading new employees on clocking systems and VIP, processing weekly hours, creditors and doctors fees, payroll payments, leave registers, and related duties. *Daily Banking: Receive, check, summarise, and post daily cash-up sheets; follow up on discrepancies; manage receipt and office books; deposit and reconcile cash with the G4S safe and collections. *Administration: Capture GOBs, process various payments, post receipt and office books, manage stationery petty cash, issue and record books, and oversee the G4S safe. *All other administrative tasks related to the role.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Matric;
• Minimum 1-2 year’s experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of VIP (Sage) will be advantageous;
• Own reliable transport.
