STORE INSPECTOR – XPRESSO CAFÉ

Xpresso Café is looking for a Store Inspector to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of retail, food service standards, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular store inspections to ensure compliance with company standards

• Monitor hygiene, food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures

• Ensure brand consistency across all stores

• Compile inspection reports and follow up on corrective actions

• Provide guidance and support to store managers and staff

• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, food service, auditing, or operations

• Strong attention to detail and excellent reporting skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel frequently, especially to Johannesburg and KZN

• Valid driver’s licence (essential)
