Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesNew Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups.Target SMEs, corporates, and professional firms within the Fourways and greater Gauteng area.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly targets.Client Engagement & SalesConduct client meetings and needs analyses to understand business requirements.Present tailored solutions including:Copiers & printersManaged Print Services (MPS)VOIP & connectivityDocument management and workflow solutionsPrepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and presentations.Account ManagementManage and grow an allocated client base (if applicable).Upsell and cross-sell additional OA and ICT products and services.Maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and service reviews.Negotiation & ClosingNegotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines.Close deals and ensure accurate handover to installations and service teams.Ensure signed agreements, finance approvals, and documentation are completed.Sales Administration & ReportingMaintain accurate records on CRM systems.Track sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline reports.Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
Minimum
Minimum
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
- Sales, marketing, or business-related qualification.
- Product training or certification in office automation or ICT solutions.
- 2–5+ years’ experience in:
- B2B sales
- Office Automation / ICT sales (strong advantage)
- Copier, printer, VOIP, connectivity, or technology solution sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
